Scope

For the current discounted fee of $250, normally $1,250, Salience will repair the specific landing-page, call-path, form, notification, and measurement items listed in the written scope accepted at checkout. Work begins after payment and receipt of the required access.

Delivery and guarantee

Salience will put the agreed repair live within 24 hours after all required access is received. If Salience cannot do so, the customer may request a full refund. Delays caused by missing access, third-party outages, or new scope requested by the customer pause the delivery clock.

Customer responsibilities

The customer confirms it owns or is authorized to modify the supplied website and accounts. The customer will provide working access and a person authorized to approve the published changes.

What is not included

The service does not include ad buying, campaign management, a full website redesign, CRM replacement, call-center staffing, or ongoing maintenance unless separately agreed in writing.

No revenue guarantee

Salience guarantees the agreed technical path will be repaired, live, and tested. It does not guarantee lead volume, booked jobs, revenue, advertising performance, or search ranking.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Salience's total liability for this service is limited to the amount the customer paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Checkout acceptance and payment constitute acceptance of these terms and the written scope.
